Human Resources Mastery Groups The objective of Stanton Group's HR Mastery Groups is to provide a consistent, small-group resource for HR professionals, where you can:
Groups are designed to bring together members by years of experience, profit or non-profit structures, employer size, region or other demographics to create a synergistic Mastery team. How HR Mastery Groups Work Groups meet for two hours per month, scheduled for the same time and place each month. The first hour is facilitated open discussion addressing member issues, questions or concerns. The second hour is topic-specific, where member experts or outside experts may present to the group, or the group may opt for focused discussion to share their knowledge, tools and resources. The year's topics are selected by the group to ensure the group's informational needs are being met. Membership HR Mastery Group membership is for one year.
