Process Integrated & Customized Strategic Planning
The first step in developing a comprehensive strategic plan begins with a benefit audit and analysis. Studying current and historical data allows us to strategize with you to develop a plan, act on that plan, and review results on an ongoing basis. This continual process is broken down into specific steps within any given month, quarter or year. Our Process - First, we request information from the client and their various vendors/insurers.
- We then prepare a report that summarizes our findings and analysis, including recommendations based on what we’ve learned.
- Finally, we develop a comprehensive plan that includes specific timelines and deliverables. This gives us a framework from which we can annually update your plan.
